Cornwall is an amazing place.

Thanks for your concern! No we didn’t have fried fish and chips, we had grilled turbot (with a dash of Pernod – mmm), scallops and mussels.

OK, now I know I absolutely must visit Cornwall someday. I know a bit about the cliffs and shores, but I didn’t realize the extent of the flat areas. Thanks for sharing! (And I hope you did eat something other than deep-fried fish & chips, delicious as that may be.)

Somehow I knew that was done by a female artist. It looks like one of our modern “collector’s dolls” that some folks are so nutty about. I’ve never seen a real live child look so perfectly put-together. Enjoy your hiatus from class. If you miss it too much you could set yourself a project…
