Interesting medium. Interesting class. Mozzies, larval or adult, are annoying. I don’t think they’re vital to the eco balance…

Interesting thought — I had a quick look on google — mozzies have plenty of predators, but whether they are “vital to the eco balance” I couldn’t say! http://www.orkin.com/other/mosquitoes/mosquito-predators/. There are a couple of spider species that seem to prefer eating mosquitoes to anything else.
